You loved the sun, basking and bathing in it, yet your soul, just as bright.
Without fail your light and love greeted us at the door each night, you were only happy when we were together.
Never interested in a cat’s life, you wanted to be with us, involved in everything we did.
Our souls will be forever enjoined as we carry an ocean of love for each other, you are a part of me.
Now though, you are in the kingdom of love, reunited with your best friend.
